How to replace server name from received tag of email header

The headers of my outbound emails show the name of my server in the "Received:" tag and I want to replace this with my server's IP or domain name.

I found one link but it is of MS-Exchange. http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1608026&page=1

I want to do this for SMTP. I am using Windows Server 2008.
