Am Using a textbox in Datagridview

Code for adding a textbox in DataGridview

Dim ti As New DataGridViewTextBoxColumn
DataGridView1.Columns.Add(ti)

Text box Maximum size should be 5. Text box should display " : "

How to set like this.
